6. Data and Analytics
We provide real-time statistics and analytics for your campaigns. You agree that this data is for your internal use only and may not be shared with third parties without our written consent. We reserve the right to aggregate and anonymize data for platform improvement.
7. Limitation of Liability
kōkoku Ads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activities. You may also terminate your account at any time by providing written notice.
